Delivery

When payment is confirmed, the purchased PDF becomes available through a private download link. Download links should not be shared publicly.

Refunds

Because these are digital products, contact the operator promptly if your payment succeeds but your download is unavailable or corrupted. We will investigate the order.

Payment status

A payment is considered complete only after the Rask Payment verification flow reports a successful transaction.
